This policy explains what Zenshots ("we") collects through zenshots.in and how we use it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Details you submit in our booking form: name, phone/WhatsApp number, optional email, the service, city, package, preferred date and message.
- Basic technical data needed to protect the form from spam: a one-way hashed (non-reversible) version of your IP address, approximate country and city, and your browser's user agent.
- Which page you submitted from and campaign tags (UTM) in the link you used.
How we use it
- To contact you on WhatsApp, phone or email about your request, send quotes and arrange shoots.
- To prevent spam and abuse (including Cloudflare Turnstile bot checks).
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring in enquiries.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the site and notify our team (Cloudflare and Telegram).
Retention & your rights
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to serve you and for our business records. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing contact@zenshots.in or messaging us on WhatsApp.
Cookies
The public site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set strictly necessary data to verify that you are human.
